About the Role
Our client is seeking an analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team in Norwich . This role focuses on driving measurable results through paid digital channels, including PPC, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns to achieve key performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost and return on ad spend. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy and targeting.
- Analyse campaign performance data, generating reports and providing actionable insights for improvement.

Requirements
- Previous experience in a Performance Marketing or paid media role.
