Performance Marketing Lead: ROI Growth & Agency Oversight

Rail Delivery Group is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead always-on acquisition for Railcards and National Rail offers. You’ll manage campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Affiliate Marketing, driving ROI and growth.

You will work as the day-to-day lead for our media agency, analyse campaign data, report insights to stakeholders, and own budgets to deliver against KPIs with continuous optimisation.
