Performance Marketing Manager — DTC Fashion (Hybrid)

Golden Fox Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a fast-growing DTC fashion brand to recruit a Performance Marketing Manager in Manchester. You will own the paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok and YouTube, manage agency performance and collaborate with founders to drive growth.

The role requires 5+ years in performance marketing, hands-on in-house media management, strong GA4 and ad platform knowledge, and the ability to influence commercial decisions with data.
