About the Role
Our client is searching for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead their paid acquisition efforts. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute strategically from anywhere within the UK. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to drive traffic, leads, and sales for their e-commerce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of analytics, campaign management, and a commitment to maximizing ROI in a remote-first work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation across campaigns to achieve performance targets.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate), providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role, with demonstrable success in managing paid acquisition campaigns for e-commerce .
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with e-commerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent understanding of attribution models and the customer journey.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a remote setting.
