This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will leverage data analytics to continuously improve campaign performance, manage budgets effectively, and identify new growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage integrated paid media strategies across platforms including Google Ads, social media advertising, and display networks.
- Oversee campaign execution, budget allocation, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal ROI.
- Conduct in-depth A/B testing on ad creative, landing pages, and targeting parameters to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze campaign data to identify key trends, derive actionable insights, and report on performance to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, and creative teams to ensure campaign assets are aligned and optimized.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid acquisition channels.
- Proven success in managing significant advertising budgets and delivering measurable results in customer acquisition and ROI.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization software.
- Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
