About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. This role, based in a remote-first environment, will focus on driving measurable results through paid advertising channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media advertising, and other paid digital avenues. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, understands how to maximize ROI, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven setting. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage data-driven paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to optimize campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
- Monitor campaign spend, performance metrics, and conversions, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- A/B test ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure ad creative and landing pages are aligned with campaign goals and brand messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful paid media campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Google Ads , social media advertising platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote capacity.
