About the Role
Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join their fully remote marketing team. This role is focused on optimizing online advertising efforts to drive measurable results, such as customer acquisition, conversions, and ROI. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing paid media campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has a deep understanding of paid search and social advertising, and thrives in a results-oriented, remote work environment. You will play a key role in enhancing the company's online advertising effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid management to maximize campaign performance and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyzing key metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and CPA.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid search (PPC) and paid social.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate campaign strategies and results.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple campaigns effectively in a remote setting.
