About the Role
Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to join their team in Bristol . You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital channels to drive measurable results and achieve key performance indicators. This role requires a hands-on approach, with a focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI) through continuous testing and refinement of campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with overall business goals and contribute to the company's growth through effective paid media strategies in the South West region.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad creative development to optimize campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, analyze data, and implement optimizations to improve key metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Perform A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies to identify the most effective approaches.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings and recommendations to the marketing team and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing or paid media management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
