Performance Reconciliation Analyst (Contract)

Schroders is seeking an experienced Performance Analyst for a 4-6 months contract in London. You will focus on reconciling positions, transactions and performance outputs between legacy and upgraded systems, and will investigate discrepancies to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Key duties include supporting UAT, parallel runs, and post go-live stabilisation, plus collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure data quality.
