Perfume Shop Team Leader: Inspire, Coach & Drive Sales

The Perfume Shop is seeking a Team Leader to support the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store and to lead a diverse team to meet key performance targets. Contracted hours are 21 per week, with a permanent contract in a retail environment.

You will coach staff, manage rosters and payroll budgets, and ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining store procedures. You will also step in for the Store Manager when needed and be a confident, reliable key holder.
