Job Description
The Trust are seeking to recruit a Service Administrator to join the Perinatal Community Mental Health Service .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a friendly and proficient administration team, supporting a range of professionals within the service. It is an interesting and varied role and we’d like to find someone with good humour who enjoys the challenge of a busy working environment.
The successful applicant will need to be able to work 9am -5pm Monday - Friday. Attending our weekly MDT meeting in held at Morden Village Hall, Wareham.
The Service Administrator will be able to ensure a confidential, efficient and comprehensive administrative service is provided to clients and staff, having good IT skills, attention to detail, strong time management, great interpersonal & communication skills. You must be able to work accurately under pressure, and be able to work well as part of a team.
Day to day duties will involve providing a professional and courteous response to patients, occasionally handling distressed patients via telephone, diary management, updating medical records (using Rio), minute taking and assisting the team with general admin.
You will be working as part of an efficient and professional team.
