Permanent Recruitment Consultant

Teamwork Partnership Ltd is looking for an experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a pure recruitment and service-focused role.

You’ll focus on what recruiters do best – finding great candidates, managing vacancies and delivering an excellent service to our existing clients.

The Role

• Manage permanent vacancies from start to finish

• Source and headhunt suitable candidates

• Screen, interview and shortlist applicants

• Write and advertise vacancies

• Manage interview processes and candidate feedback

• Build strong relationships with existing clients

• Maintain regular communication with candidates

• Deliver a professional, high-quality recruitment service

• Work towards placement and delivery targets
