Reference: eb8d7776 Direct Payment Personal Assistant Required I am looking to recruit a Direct Payment Personal Assistant for my 9 year old son.

Hours wanted: 6 hours every week term time and 18 hours per week during the holidays.

More about the young person: This person has a diagnosis of ADHD, speech and language delay, hypermobile joints and a cerebro visual impairment.

This person is a very sociable boy who loves music, dancing, doing puzzles, swimming, going for walks and exploring new environments.

He is very active and has lots of energy and enjoys going out with his carer.

He is entirely dependent on adults, including requiring an adult to facilitate his interaction with, and involvement with learning tasks and the world in general.

He has moderate vision loss and is constantly on the move.

He has no awareness of danger and no spatial awareness.

Experience needed: This person needs someone who has experience working with children who have disabilities.
