Personal Assistant / Support Worker (Female)

Job Details

Hours: 14.25 hours per week, Monday–Friday (3–5 days per week). Shift start time: earliest 1:00 p.m. – latest finish 6:00 p.m. (occasionally start as early as 8:00 a.m. if required for appointments). Pay: £13.45 per hour.

Responsibilities

Provide support with personal care, including presence during bathing to prevent falls, assisting with hair washing, dressing, occasional application of creams, and assistance with medical aids. Assist with medication, cooking, and meal preparation.

Requirements

• Experience supporting adults with physical disabilities or in support work preferred.
• The position is subject to a six‑month probationary period.
• Successful applicants must provide two references (one from a current or most recent employer) and undergo a New PVG Disclosure at the employer’s cost. The PVG covers Adults & Children.
