My client is a successful manufacturing organisation based in North Birmingham who are looking for an upcoming Personal Assistant to join their team and support an Executive Assistant and CEO.
Description
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising travel arrangements.
Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally and efficiently.
Preparing reports, presentations, and other key documents as required.
Supporting the team with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the team.
Coordinating events, meetings, and other business activities.
Managing expense reports and assisting with budget tracking.Profile
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Administration experience is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Can commute to Birmingham.
