About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and adaptable Personal Assistant to support a senior executive, offering a hybrid working model. You will be responsible for managing the executive's daily schedule, handling correspondence, and coordinating travel, while providing essential administrative support. This role requires a blend of remote and in-office presence, demanding excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks across both environments. We are looking for a proactive individual who can anticipate needs and maintain high standards of efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the executive's busy calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments, both virtually and in person.
- Handle all forms of correspondence, drafting emails and communications with a high degree of accuracy.
- Arrange and manage travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports as required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external contacts on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Flexibility to work both remotely and from the Newcastle upon Tyne office as required.
- Discretion and a professional attitude when handling confidential information.
