The Role
Hybrid, Glasgow Based
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant. This is a varied role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business by coordinating schedules, managing communications, and supporting various administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing diaries, calendars, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes where required.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Booking travel, accommodation, and arranging itineraries.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Maintaining accurate records, files, and confidential information.
- Liaising with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Supporting the organisation and coordination of events and meetings.
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and office operations.
- Managing competing priorities and ensuring deadlines are met.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Professional, adaptable, and able to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
