About the Role
Our client is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a senior executive in their Bristol office. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, the ability to anticipate needs, and a high degree of professionalism in handling confidential information. You will manage a complex diary, coordinate travel, and handle a variety of administrative tasks, acting as a crucial point of contact. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adept at managing multiple priorities, and be comfortable working in a hybrid capacity, balancing office-based responsibilities with remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive's complex diary, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, screening calls, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, and take minutes when required.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and ensure its security.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident demeanor.
- Discretion, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid model.
