Full time Personal Assistant supporting two C-Suite directors in the organisation and providing admin support to the wider office based in Worcester. This role offers hybrid working and a negotiable salary.

My client is a well established manufacturing organisation based in Worcester who are looking for a pro active Personal Assistant to join their business.
Description
Manage and coordinate executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for senior management.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Organise and maintain files, records, and documents for easy retrieval.
Oversee and manage administrative projects to ensure timely completion.
Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting for the executive team.
Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.Profile
Personal Assistant experience
Strong organisational skills
Proficiency in using office software and tools for scheduling and document preparation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Previous experience in a similar role within a professional setting.
A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving and task management.
