Personal Care & Support Assistant for Youth with LD

Blossom HCG Ltd in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire, is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to join a dedicated team supporting a young male with learning disabilities. The role is full-time (35/40 hours per week) with a salary of £10.00–£10.75 per hour, working with a team focused on compassionate, person-centred care.

You will help individuals with daily living tasks, promote independent living, and participate in care planning, reviews, and community activities as part of a supportive home environment.
