Personal Care Assistant for a young boy P/T 5-10 hrs @ £14.67/hr in Berwick-Upon-Tweed
Largely non-verbal – will learn his communication style over time
Pay
£14.67 per hour
Hours
5 hours per week (term time)
10 hours per week (school holidays)
Term Time
One weekday evening 4pm–6pm
Saturday 10am–1pm
School Holidays
Tuesday 10am–1:30pm
Friday 10am–1:30pm
Saturday 10am–1pm

Patient, calm and understanding approach
Able to build trust at child’s pace
Proactive – suggest activities and outings
Experience with ASD or complex needs preferred
Confident working independently
Requirements
Driver preferred with own car
No gender preference
Comfortable supporting with personal care
