Personal Care Assistant – Chesterfield (S41)

Salary: From £13.45 per hour

Job Type: Permanent, full time

Harland Care Services Ltd is recruiting Personal Care Assistants for a client in the S41 area of Chesterfield.

Working in the client’s home, the successful candidates will join a team to care for our client, who has MS (Multiple sclerosis) and intermittent catheterisation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1:1 care
• 6‑hour day shifts and 12‑hour night shifts
• Previous experience with MS, intermittent catheterisation, skin integrity and medication management
• Flexibility on working days, including weekend shifts on a rota
• Driving licence preferred
• Excellent home environment
• Ongoing contract
• Registration with Blue Light Card discounts
• Bonus payment on completion of probation period
• Full bespoke training provided
• Build rapport with client and family

Harland Services Ltd is NOT an agency; you will be employed by the client and all shifts are offered on a rota basis, not ad‑hoc like normal agency practices.
