Join our leading claimant personal injury team in Birmingham and take on high-quality, impactful work.
What the role involves...
We’re looking for an experienced Lawyer to manage a varied caseload of intermediate track personal injury claims , including employer’s liability, occupier’s liability and RTAs. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on occasional complex cases such as product liability, sports injuries and animal-related claims (valued up to £1m).
You’ll run cases from start to finish, using your strong litigation skills, costs awareness and ability to build clear, persuasive arguments.
Who we are looking for.....
- Qualified Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) with 2+ years’ PQE
- Experience handling intermediate or multi-track PI cases
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and client care
- Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative team
- Happy to support marketing and business development activity
