Are you a Personal Injury Solicitor who enjoys advocacy and wants to move into a genuinely specialist area of law?

We’re working with a highly regarded claimant firm that is looking for a CICA Solicitor to join its specialist team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PI Solicitor to develop a niche practice in Criminal Injuries Compensation and Abuse work, with training available for the right candidate.

You’ll have genuine responsibility for CICA reviews and appeals, with the opportunity and expectation to conduct hearings personally.

You’ll deal with a varied caseload, advise clients throughout the CICA process and represent them when decisions need to be challenged.

Ideally, you’ll be a Grade A Solicitor, the team recognises that CICA is a niche area, so they’re very open to hearing from strong Personal Injury Solicitors who have:

• Solid post-qualification PI experience.
• Good advocacy or hearing experience.
• A genuine interest in developing CICA expertise.

What’s on offer?

£40,000–£45,000 depending on experience

3 days working from home/2 days in the office if desired.
