About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated and motivating Personal Trainer to join their fitness team in Reading . In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their fitness aspirations and design personalized training regimens to help them achieve their goals safely and effectively. You will provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is committed to client success and ongoing professional development within the health and fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine client needs and goals.
- Design and implement customized workout plans tailored to individual client requirements.
- Provide expert instruction on exercise techniques, ensuring proper form and injury prevention.
- Monitor client progress, offer encouragement, and adjust training programs as needed.
- Educate clients on nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and overall wellness strategies.
Requirements
- Certified Personal Trainer qualification from a recognized institution (e.g., CIMSPA, REPs, NASM).
- Proven experience in delivering one-on-one and small group personal training sessions.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and exercise science.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain a strong client base.
