Level 2 Pest Control Technician – Van Technician
NW London & West London
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Level 2 Pest Control Technician to join an established and growing pest control business covering North West and West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technician looking for a stable, long-term position with a company that offers good earning potential, overtime and commission opportunities.
The Role
As a Level 2 Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of commercial and domestic pest control services across NW and West London.
You will be provided with a company van and will manage your own daily schedule, attending customer sites, carrying out treatments and ensuring all work is completed to a high professional standard.
The role will involve working with a variety of customers and pest control requirements, so excellent customer service and communication skills are important.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out pest control treatments in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.

Attend scheduled customer appointments across NW and West London.
*
Complete inspections, identify pest activity and recommend appropriate treatment solutions.
*
Carry out follow-up visits and preventative pest control measures where required.
*
Complete all relevant service reports, treatment records and documentation.
*
Maintain accurate records using the company's systems.
*
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
*
Identify opportunities for additional treatments and services where appropriate.
*
Ensure the company vehicle, equipment and stock are maintained to a high standard.
*
Work safely and comply with all relevant health & safety requirements.
*
Represent the business professionally when dealing with customers.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Level 2 Pest Control Technician with a good understanding of commercial pest control and the ability to work independently.
You should be confident dealing directly with customers, managing your own workload and travelling between multiple sites throughout NW and West London.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Level 2 Pest Control qualification – essential

Previous professional pest control experience.
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
Comfortable working independently and managing a daily schedule.

Good customer service and communication skills.
*
Professional and presentable approach.
*
Good knowledge of pest control treatments and legislation.
*
Willingness to work overtime when required.
