Pharmaceutical Clinical Research Associate (CRA)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a diligent and organized Pharmaceutical Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join their team, primarily based in the Wolverhampton area with hybrid working flexibility. You will play a critical role in the successful execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with study protocols, GCP, and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include site monitoring, data verification, and maintaining accurate trial documentation. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits for clinical trial sites according to protocols and GCP guidelines .
• Ensure accurate and timely collection, verification, and reporting of clinical trial data.
• Monitor site compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with investigators, site staff, and study sponsors.
• Manage study supplies, investigational product accountability, and patient safety reporting.
• Prepare and present study progress reports to the clinical operations team and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in the pharmaceutical industry or a CRO.
• Thorough understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) , ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with site monitoring, data management, and regulatory documentation.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel to clinical sites as required.
