About the Role

Our client is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmaceutical Production Operatives to join their manufacturing facility in Stoke-on-Trent . In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality medicinal products. You will work as part of a larger production team, adhering strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery, including tablet presses, capsule fillers, and packaging lines.
• Follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP guidelines throughout all production activities.
• Perform in-process checks and record data accurately to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and support colleagues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous, preferably within pharmaceuticals or food production.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to strict quality and safety standards.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required.
• Basic understanding of GMP principles is a plus.
