About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and reliable Pharmaceutical Production Operator to join their manufacturing team in Nottingham . This is a hands-on, on-site role crucial for the efficient and safe production of pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring adherence to strict manufacturing protocols and quality standards. This position requires a strong commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and a keen eye for detail to maintain product integrity and safety. You will work as part of a vital production team, contributing directly to the supply of essential medicines. Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various pharmaceutical production machinery according to SOPs.
• Ensure that all production activities comply with GMP regulations and company quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Accurately record production data, batch records, and quality checks.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or deviations from standard operating procedures.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or food industry.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs meticulously.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for standing and operating machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime as required by production schedules.
