About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Pharmaceutical Project Manager to lead complex development projects from their remote base. This role is integral to guiding cross-functional teams through the stages of drug development, from early research to clinical trials and regulatory submission. You will be responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, risk management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple pharmaceutical development projects simultaneously.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams (R&D, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing).
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or business-related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing drug development projects.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D lifecycle and regulatory processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
