Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Auditor

About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and experienced Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Auditor to join their team in Nottingham . This role is crucial for ensuring that all manufacturing and operational processes comply with stringent cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations and internal quality standards. You will conduct internal and external audits, identify areas of non-compliance, and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute internal audits of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and documentation to assess cGMP compliance.
• Conduct supplier audits to evaluate third-party manufacturing and service providers.
• Document audit findings clearly and concisely, identifying deviations and recommending corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
• Follow up on CAPA implementation and verify the effectiveness of implemented actions.
• Participate in regulatory inspections and provide support as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving cGMP regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting internal audits and a solid understanding of cGMP guidelines.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
