Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Manager to lead their quality systems and compliance efforts remotely. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust quality assurance programs that align with global regulatory standards. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all departments, ensuring the integrity and safety of our pharmaceutical products. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, GDP).
• Oversee and conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and support external regulatory inspections.
• Manage deviations, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change control processes.
• Provide quality oversight for product development, manufacturing, and distribution activities.
• Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering professional growth and ensuring efficient operations.
• Stay abreast of evolving regulatory landscapes and ensure organizational compliance.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or quality control.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QMS, performing audits, and managing regulatory inspections.
• Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, and relevant international regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and a strong ability to work independently.
