Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team in Norwich . This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of quality and compliance required in the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing processes and products adhere to GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Review and approve batch records, ensuring compliance with approved procedures and specifications.
• Participate in internal and external audits, and support regulatory inspections.
• Manage deviations, change controls, and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Develop and implement Quality Assurance procedures and training programs.
• Ensure that all pharmaceutical operations are conducted in compliance with GMP and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Thorough understanding of GMP, FDA regulations, and other relevant quality standards.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
