Pharmacovigilance Officer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and assess adverse event reports from various sources.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of safety information to regulatory authorities and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the preparation of periodic safety update reports (PSURs) and risk management plans (RMPs).
• Support internal audits and regulatory inspections related to pharmacovigilance activities.
• Collaborate with medical affairs, clinical operations, and regulatory teams on safety-related matters.
• Maintain and update safety databases and ensure data quality and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, pharmacy, nursing, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.
• Thorough understanding of global pharmacovigilance regulations (e.g., GVP, FDA guidelines).
• Proficiency with safety databases and adverse event reporting systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage sensitive information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
