Pharmacovigilance Officer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Pharmacovigilance Officer to join their dedicated safety surveillance team. This role is critical for monitoring the safety of their pharmaceutical products globally, ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, and protecting patient well-being. Working remotely, you will be responsible for the accurate collection, assessment, and reporting of adverse event data. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and evaluate adverse event reports from various sources.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of safety reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct literature searches for relevant safety information and prepare safety summaries.
• Support the development and maintenance of pharmacovigilance procedures and documentation.
• Participate in internal and external audits and inspections related to drug safety.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience (2-4 years) in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.
• Familiarity with global pharmacovigilance regulations and reporting requirements (e.g., ICH E2B).
• Proficiency in using safety databases and adverse event reporting systems.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
