Summary

Are you an innovative Pharmacy Manager seeking the opportunity to lead an award-winning healthcare team? Rowlands Pharmacy, part of Phoenix Medical Supplies, is in search of an experienced Pharmacy Manager with a proactive approach to service delivery in a community pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the team with a proactive and innovative approach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the community.

Embrace change and support the team with new business initiatives.

Take ownership of the pharmacy business, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Previous management experience, ideally in a community pharmacy.

MPharm degree or equivalent.

GPhC registration upon the start date.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

One in four Saturdays required
