PhD: Fully Funded KRAS Resistance in Pancreatic Cancer

The University of Cambridge invites applications for a PhD project focused on deciphering resistance mechanisms to KRAS inhibition in pancreatic cancer. The project uses organoid cultures and mouse models, with single-cell RNA sequencing and spatial transcriptomics to define intra-tumour heterogeneity and stromal interactions.

Preference given to candidates with experience in tissue culture, IHC, Western blotting, PCR, and familiarity with PDAC biology.
