Photocopier Field Service Engineer - M1 corridor

Location: M1 corridor – Nottingham / Derby / South Yorkshire

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a MFD / photocopiers exposure? This is a superb opportunity to join a respected and forward‑thinking print solutions provider, supporting a diverse client base across the Nottingham / South Yorkshire / Derby region.

Role

• Responding to service calls and performing repairs on MFD equipment.
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs through cleaning, adjustment, or part replacement.
• Completing scheduled preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Installing new devices and ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
• Escalating complex issues and collaborating with technical support teams.
• Maintaining accurate service records and documentation.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience supporting MFDs / photocopiers.
• Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple client sites.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and technical development.
• Full UK driving licence.
