If so, we want to hear from you. We are recruiting for a Physiotherapist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. Experience in neurological rehabilitation is desirable, although this role would also suit a Physiotherapist looking to take the next step in their career and develop specialist neurological experience. Working within an exciting and dynamic environment, you will provide comprehensive assessment and high-quality therapy interventions to individuals with a wide range of neurological conditions, including Stroke, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Spinal Cord Injuries. You will work closely with residents, their families and the wider multidisciplinary team, using a wide range of resources, equipment and up-to-date technology to support rehabilitation and maximise independence.

About the role

We are looking for a Physiotherapist who has experience assessing and providing therapy to adults with neurological conditions, alongside experience of supporting discharge planning. You will have the opportunity to:

• Deliver individual and group therapy based on clinical need.
• Support community access and vocational rehabilitation sessions.
• Work closely with residents, families and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to discharge planning and goal-setting.
• Provide supervision and support to Therapy Assistants.
• Participate in service development and improvement projects.
• Attend and contribute to weekly therapy team meetings and in-service training.
• Develop your specialist knowledge through internal and external training opportunities. What we can offer you As a Physiotherapist at Marbrook, you will have access to:
