Pick, Pack & Despatch Operative

Location: Crick
Pay: £13.75 per hour, overtime at 1.25 after 40 hours and 1.5 for weekends
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday and 14.00 to 22.00 rotating shifts
Shifts: Rotating days and lates

We're looking for reliable and hardworking Pick, Pack & Despatch Operatives to join our team in Crick.

The Role

You'll be responsible for ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and despatched accurately and on time. This is a hands-on role in a busy warehouse environment and will involve heavy lifting , so a good level of physical fitness is required.

Your Duties

• Picking customer orders accurately
• Packing goods ready for despatch
• Loading and moving stock
• Checking orders for accuracyPreparing shipments for customers
• Following health & safety procedures
• Working as part of a busy warehouse team

We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience is desirable
• A good eye for detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Able to work Monday to Friday on rotating day and late shifts
• A positive attitude and good work ethic
