Picker Packer - Distribution Centre

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order lists or system prompts.
• Pack items securely and appropriately for dispatch, ensuring product protection.
• Check picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of goods as required.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation and contribute to general warehouse tidiness.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a picker packer or in a similar warehouse role is desirable.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Team player mentality and good communication skills.
