PIP Functional Assessor | £40k-£44k in Year 1 | No Nights, No Weekends

Functional / Disability Assessor (PIP) Swap shift work for a 9–5 — and get paid more for using the clinical skills you already have.

Salary: £40,000–£44,000 starting salary (pathway-dependent) + guaranteed uplifts + bonuses

Location: Tamarisk House, 1 Cotlands Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH1 3BG — office-based during training, 50/50 hybrid after

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. No nights. No weekends. No on-call.
