The Role

Welding pipework and components to high-quality standards Working from drawings and Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) TIG, MAG and/or Flux-Cored welding Working with a range of materials and tight tolerances Carrying out preheating, grinding, cleaning and finishing Inspecting and checking your own work Working safely within a skilled production team

Requirements

Time-served Engineering Modern Apprenticeship or equivalent Strong industrial welding experience Experience working to WPS and high-quality standards Relevant welding qualifications/certifications xwwtmva Strong understanding of SHE and quality requirements 12-month contract | £38.70ph | Barrow or Govan If you're an experienced Pipe Welder interested in a long-term defence project, apply now or get in touch for more information
