Planned Maintenance Manager: Projects, Budgets & Quality

Gloucestershire Local Authority is seeking a Planned Maintenance Manager to lead a team of surveyors, technical staff and external contractors within the property services team for an initial six-month assignment.

You will oversee planned maintenance and capital investment programmes, monitor performance and budgets, manage contractor performance, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and report on progress. Hybrid working 3-2; £350-£400 a day inside IR35; Start ASAP.
