JOB PURPOSE
- A fantastic opportunity to join our EMEIA planning team based in our HQ.
- We currently have an opportunity within our Womenswear department for an experienced Planner looking to further their career within our regional planning function.
- As a planner your aim will be to drive the business through strategic seasonal merchandise planning, controlled inventory management, actionable reporting, and insightful commercial analysis.
- By becoming a part of our team you will support in creating a world class, digitally enabled & integrated end-to-end planning & analysis team, which thinks commercially, connects across functions, and delivers efficient merchandise processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete critical category analysis to support pre-market/seasonal reviews including regional OTB, product exits, key product deep-dives and option productivity Input to seasonal floorset including recommending volume segmentations for options and working with Merchandising to ensure fashion buy is maintained.
- Provide critical input/recommendation to in-season trading for fashion and replenishment.
- Provide critical input to end of season sales and implement where required, forecasting opening sale inventory based on de-list, proposing sale discounts, uploading sale prices/discounts to central template and managing price/upload communication to store teams.
- Complete critical category analysis and re-forecast on a weekly basis including replenishment, trade analysis, regional OTB, in-stock analysis and aged inventory for all channels.
- Work effectively as a member of a cross- functional department team (Merchandising, Planning, & Allocation) by focusing on team objectives and communicating clearly
PERSONAL PROFILE
- Experience as Planner Strong
- Planning and Forecasting Skills
- Decision making capability clearly driven by developing strategic product and business initiatives
- High level of proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint SAP/BRRS skills preferred
- PLM Software skills preferred
