Due to continued growth and expansion, an established waste management and recycling business is looking to recruit an experienced Plant Fitter to join its engineering team.

The Role

The successful candidate will

be responsible for

maintaining

and repairing a wide range of heavy plant and recycling equipment, including:

Material Handlers

360 Excavators

Loading Shovels

Trommels

Crushers

And associated machinery

Key Responsibilities

Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and servicing

Responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs when

required

Diagnosing and

identifying

mechanical and hydraulic faults

Completing service sheets and relevant maintenance paperwork

Working independently and as part of a team

Supporting colleagues and site operations where needed
