HSE Recruitment are partnering with a Newark manufacturing site to recruit a Safety, Health & Environmental Manager. The role leads safety culture and performance across the site, reporting to the Plant Manager and aligning with a wider EHS team.

You will champion safety, drive improvements, and ensure compliance with IMS while engaging the management team to move from dependent to interdependent safety culture.
