Key Responsibilities
- Manage all plant operations, ensuring targets for production, quality, safety, and cost are met or exceeded.

- Maintain compliance with all food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, BRC), health, and environmental standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Plant Manager or senior operations role in the food manufacturing industry.
