About the Role

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Plant Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations at their key manufacturing facility in Manchester . This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the production floor. You will lead a team of skilled operators, manage workflow, and implement best practices to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff on the plant floor.
• Ensure all production activities are carried out safely and in compliance with company policies.
• Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to the team.
• Maintain production logs and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements
