Plant Operative Forklift & Career Growth

Tarmac Colchester DSM is seeking an Operative to join the Dry Silo Plant team. The role focuses on achieving daily production targets while ensuring safety, availability and quality of output.

You will be involved in loading and unloading at the plant and coordinating with vehicle turnaround to meet customer service requirements. The ideal candidate will have industrial or factory experience and may have worked as a Forklift Truck Operative, Multi-Skilled Operative or Labourer.
